Features:

  • The housing is constructed from a heavy-gauge mild steel shell, which is finished with an epoxy powder coating.
  • It features a refractory chamber specifically designed for high-temperature applications.

  • Silicon carbide heating elements are utilized to ensure efficient heating.

  • High-quality silicon boards and multiple layers of ceramic insulation are integrated to minimize heat loss.

  • The system is equipped with a PID controller, which includes a CR/Ar sensor or an alternative controller that provides ramp and soak capabilities.

  • The maximum achievable temperature is 1400 °C, with a recommended operational limit not exceeding 1350 °C.

  • A thyristor power regulator facilitates smooth startup and precise temperature control.

  • The control panel comprises an SCR power controller, MCB, fuse, along with an ammeter and voltmeter.

  • Temperature accuracy is maintained within ±2 °C.
