By accessing and placing orders with our company, you confirm that you agree to and are bound by the following terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice.
Packing Charges: 2% on the basic price for standard equipment.
Wooden case packing will be charged extra at actual cost.
GST: 18% extra or as applicable under Government regulations.
Delivery charges will be charged extra, unless specifically mentioned in quotation.
Orders are confirmed only after receipt of official Purchase Order (PO) from Buyer/Consumer.
Once the order is confirmed, cancellation charges of 10% of the order value will be applicable.
Installation is free within Chennai (Tamil Nadu) if order value exceeds ₹2,00,000.
For orders below ₹2,00,000, installation charges will apply (approximately 2% or as per location).
For other states, installation charges will be applicable depending on location.
All equipment carries a 12-month warranty from the date of supply against manufacturing defects.
Warranty does not cover consumables including:
Heating Rods
Thermocouples
Bulbs
Fuses
Switches
Other wear-and-tear components
Calibration/Traceability Certificates are not included by default.
Customers must request calibration before placing the order.
Calibration certificates will be issued only for digitally controlled equipment.
This price list cancels all previous price lists.
Prices are valid until the next revised price list is issued.
All disputes are subject to Chennai Court Jurisdiction only.
