Refund or return is available only under the following conditions:
Manufacturing defects covered under warranty
Product damaged during shipping (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery)
No other reasons will be considered for refund or return.
Refund or return will not be accepted in cases of:
Change of mind
Incorrect product selection by customer
After successful installation
Damage due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
Normal wear and tear
Consumables (Heating rods, thermocouples, bulbs, fuses, switches, etc.)
Calibration charges
Installation charges
Wooden case packing charges
Once the Purchase Order (PO) is confirmed, cancellation will attract 10% of the order value as cancellation charges.
Custom-made or special-order products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
Refund will be issued via the original mode of payment only.
