- Constructed with a Triple-walled construction featuring an inner layer of stainless steel 304 and an exterior of stainless steel.

Manual pressure exhaust activated immediately after the automatic timer deactivates the system upon completion of the process.

The unit is equipped with either a digital on/off controller or a digital PID controller.

The lid is equipped with a pressure gauge, safety valve, vacuum breaker, and manual exhaust valve.
