Refund & Return Policy

1. Refund / Return Eligibility

Refund or return is available only under the following conditions:

  • Manufacturing defects covered under warranty

  • Product damaged during shipping (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery)

No other reasons will be considered for refund or return.


2. Non-Eligible Cases

Refund or return will not be accepted in cases of:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selection by customer

  • After successful installation

  • Damage due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Consumables (Heating rods, thermocouples, bulbs, fuses, switches, etc.)

  • Calibration charges

  • Installation charges

  • Wooden case packing charges


3. Cancellation Charges

  • Once the Purchase Order (PO) is confirmed, cancellation will attract 10% of the order value as cancellation charges.

  • Custom-made or special-order products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.


4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.

  • Refund will be issued via the original mode of payment only.
