Return & Refund Policy

1. Refund / Return Eligibility

At Sathya's Scientific Instruments Co., we prioritize precision engineering and strict quality standards. Returns or replacements are processed under the following specific conditions:

• Manufacturing Defects: Verified mechanical or electrical manufacturing defects covered under our 12-month standard warranty.
• Transit Damage: Equipment damaged during authorized freight logistics, provided it is reported with photographic/video proof within 24 hours of delivery.

Due to the industrial and laboratory nature of precision instruments, non-defect returns are not accepted.

2. Non-Eligible Cases for Return or Refund

Refunds or returns will not be entertained in the following circumstances:

• Change of mind or ordering incorrect models/capacities by the buyer.
• After equipment has been successfully installed, commissioned, or used in testing.
• Damage resulting from improper electrical wiring, voltage fluctuations, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
• Consumable parts (heating rods, thermocouples, bulbs, fuses, control switches).
• Services already rendered, including calibration, custom fabrication, installation, and wooden crate packaging.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

Custom-built chambers, bespoke dimensions, or specialized high-temperature furnaces cannot be cancelled once production fabrication has commenced.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

• Approved refund requests are verified and processed within 7 to 14 business days.
• Refunds are credited directly to the original bank account or payment mode utilized during order placement.
