Delivery schedules vary depending on instrument dimensions, calibration requirements, and custom specifications:
Standard Laboratory Instruments: Typically manufactured, inspected, and dispatched within 7 working days.
Specialized & Environmental Chambers: Usually require 1 to 2 weeks for multi-point thermal calibration and soak testing.
Institutional Bulk Orders: Delivery schedules are agreed upon in the commercial quote.
Important Notice: Dispatch timelines commence from the date of receipt of the confirmed Purchase Order (PO) and agreed advance payment.
2. Shipping & Freight Charges
Unless explicitly stated as "Free Delivery" or "FOR Destination" in our written quotation, shipping and transportation charges are payable extra at actuals.
Freight rates depend on the equipment cubic volume, gross weight, and delivery destination pincode across India.
3. Transit Safety & Damage Reporting
All instruments are securely packed in heavy-duty corrugated wrapping or wooden crate packaging. Upon receipt of consignment:
The consignee must inspect the outer packaging and equipment exterior prior to signing the delivery receipt (LR).
Any physical damage during transit must be reported to our support desk within 24 hours of delivery accompanied by unboxing photographs and video footage.
Damage claims reported after installation or beyond the 24-hour window cannot be accepted.
